Seller Notes- Heirline Lobdell Emery Co. has been around since the 1920's and manufactured bicycle parts, steering wheels and children's things. Similar chair's are dated to c1949. The top rail has a well preserved painting of a rabbit holding a basket of flowers sitting on a hill. The seat is plastic and has some scratches but no damage. The pot is included and with no cracks or chips. The pot seats into the bottom and slides properly. There is no damage to the clips. The wood has some fading and aging but there is no cracks or major damage. The measurements are provided in the photos. Its a rather small chair and will not take a lot of room for displaying.
