We cannot pay installation costs in the event that the product is damaged in transit or is not suitable for any reason, so it is important to double check everything is in order before you begin the installation process.
In the unfortunate event that a product cannot be delivered within the quoted timescale we will contact you to make you aware and give you the opportunity to change your order.
Delivery Methods
We use a number of proven couriers to deliver your order, and the courier responsible for delivery will depend on what you order and where your order is being delivered to. After your order is dispatched you will receive an email to let you know that your goods are on there way along with a tracking information (if applicable) so you can immediately locate your order in the delivery process.
IMPORTANT: Check your eBay account has a valid day time telephone number prior to ordering as we or our courier may need this to discuss your delivery.
You can update your telephone number by following these steps:
1. Go to My eBay > Account
2. Click Personal Information
3. Click Edit on registered name and address.
We offer a No Quibble No Fuss guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unused and saleable condition within 60 days of receipt.
Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding any delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment.
We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back in to our Warehouse. However, please make sure that you enclose a note with your eBay username, full delivery address and the reason for the return before sending the goods back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.
On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 3 working days. Once your order has been refunded you will receive notification via eBay.
If you are returning boxed items, PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH THE RETURNS LABEL OR USE ANY STICKY TAPE ON THE BOX, as your return will not be accepted.

The above items sold by us are sealed within a plastic wrapper for hygiene purposes, if they are removed from their wrapper and you wish to return it to us, we will only provide a refund if the product is faulty. If the items remain sealed within their hygienic wrapper, we can accept it back for a full refund if you change your mind. Unfortunately we cannot resell an opened toilet seat or bidet spray to the public for health reasons.
We strongly urge customers to measure their toilet pan carefully as well as the cistern as this sometimes prevents toilet seats from remaining upright.
