In line with EU Intra-community VAT guidelines we are happy to accept offers from Non-UK customers in the EU who provide valid proof of their EU VAT registration number.

Please follow the exact instructions below (as pictured). Once we receive the offer with your VAT number and the price minus the VAT charge we will accept your offer.

In order to comply with eBay terms and conditions your VAT number must validate to your eBay billing address. Please enter your VAT number in the Offer Comments and offer the price of the item excluding VAT.

Please note: If you do not follow these instructions exactly then we will be unable to accept the offer. You can still buy the item and reclaim the VAT amount from your national tax authority as per the EU Taxation and Customs Union guidelines.

Order Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of payment. This is a realistic estimate based on past performance and we aim to achieve this on 90% of orders.

UK Delivery Time-Frame: All orders under 30Kg on a tracked 2 to 3 day service with DPD. Small shipments (under 1Kg & £50 GBP) are sent with Royal Mail on a 1st Class service. Large items such as 4U servers are sent with FDC Economy Service on a pallet - if you are ordering large items please ensure your shipping address can accept a pallet. A forklift is not required.

European Delivery Time-Frame: European delivery will take 2-7 working days (depending on your location in the EU) with UPS on a tracked service. Large items may be sent on a pallet and tracking for these items bay be available upon request.

Express Delivery: If you have paid for express delivery we will flag your order as a priority. Your order is guaranteed to be dispatched within 1 working day on a next-day service. Orders placed between 12am and 9am will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

Delivery Partners: For UK deliveries we only use DPD (Tracked), Royal Mail and FDC. For EU deliveries all items are sent with UPS (Tracked). We use these companies in complete confidence that your parcels will arrive safely without any damage.

Packaging: We use custom protective moulds that surround the corners and edges of our machines. The foam mould not only protects the machine from impact and physical damage, it suspends the machine in the middle of the box preventing damage to the machine should the box become damaged.

We are aware that mistakes and problems can always occur but we will endeavour to get any issue resolved as quickly and fairly as possible. Please note: You MUST contact us through eBay. We CANNOT open a return case or issue refunds outside of eBay. This is a requirement from eBay for both us and the customer.

Warranty Returns: If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us through eBay and we will issue a replacement item or will repair the item for you.

Returns Process & Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly.

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. If your item develops a fault you are entitled to a replacement or a repair under our Return To Base Warranty which is explained below. This right to a refund doesn't apply to products you've bought as downloads, though - such as music, games or apps. You can, however, ask for a digital product to be repaired or replaced if it develops a fault. And if this isn't possible, or is unsuccessful, you have the right to receive a price reduction.
