3M 1181 Copper Foil Tape is a high quality grade of electro-magnetic interference (EMI) shielding tape made from copper foil with a special, electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive. It has excellent electrical conductivity through both the copper backing and acrylic adhesive and is flame retardant.

Each roll of 3M 1181 Copper Foil Tape is supplied with a removable liner to make application easy. The dead-soft copper backing can be soldered and resists oxidation and discoloration. The total thickness of 3M 1181 is 0.066mm of which 0.040mm is the copper backing.
