New York: Rinehart and Company, (1948). Fourth printing (so stated on the
dustwrapper flap). Inscribed by the author to noted book collector and New York
attorney, Arthur Leonard Ross, who represented many authors but not Mailer. With
the bookplate of Ross, some minor wear to the spine ends otherwise a better than
very good copy in the dustwrapper, which has chipping and wear to the spine ends
but is also very good.
