CONDITION DETAILS
Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases, light-scuffing and faint surface imprressions (front/back). Inner sleeve is original (lyrics/photo); two seams partially split. Spine is mostly readable, with mild-wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/-edge; slightly more noticeable wear along bottom edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few tiny divots. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD
The title cut from We've Got Tonight, a duet with Sheena Easton, was the debut single and became one of Rogers' signature hits, soaring to No. 1 on the country charts and No. 2 on the Adult Contemporary chart, reaching No. 6 on the Hot 100 chart. There were two other singles: All My Life (No. 13 country), and Scarlet Fever (No. 5 country). The title of the album comes from its signature track, written by Bob Seger and originating from his album, Stranger in Town. By comparison with Rogers' version, Seger's only reached No. 13 on the Hot 100, making Rogers' version better-known, five years after it was written. Lionel Richie, who by now had been contributing a large number of songs to Rogers, submitted the track How Long to this album. The album hit No. 3 on the country charts and No. 18 on the Billboard 200 charts. The album was certified platinum in both the US and Canada.
