Vintage NOA Sterling Silver Ring, US Size 7, featuring a large Carved Blue Rose and some smaller Clear Faceted Stones set on the band at both sides of the rose - they are set in the leaves/stem of the rose.
The ring is marked NOA, 925, Thailand. The designer is Noa Zuman, Israeli contemporary designer; this ring was likely produced in Thailand for HSN.
The design of the inside of the ring is as beautiful as the exterior of it - please, see the photos.
This is an estate find and as such I cannot know for sure what the stones are but I think that the blue carved stone is Sodalite, not Lapis Lazuli - I could certainly be wrong about that. The smaller clear stones on the sides are perhaps clear Sapphires; or cubic zirconia. Not sure.
Good pre-owned condition without anything unusual to notice other than some dust and build up patina, which you can remove by giving it a bath in a jewelry cleanser.
