Beautiful, tightly woven, light-weight cotton in attractive, versatile off-white.

Pleated with elastic on sides of waist band.

Waist ~ 23" (elastic not stretched) - 26" (elastic fully stretched--wouldn't be comfortable!)

36.5" total length, 28" inseam to unfinished bottoms (please allow enough length for hemming, with or without cuffs as you like).

Probably fit a slim boy best.
