You can send us your artwork in .jpg .gif .png .doc .eps .psd & .ai file formats
Ideally, please supply your images at full size and at 300dpi, for a single image to fit a coaster it needs to be 90mm wide and 90mm high
The visible area will be slightly smaller and we may need to crop it to fit

Please note: we are not licenced to reproduce any copyrighted or licensed imagery, this includes TV or film logos or characters. The customer accepts full responsibility for any imagery supplied to us
 
All our coaster sets are made to order and are usually printed within one working day once we receive your order or proof approval. Our orders are collected about 3pm so any orders made after 11am will be shipped the next working day, if you need your lap tray at a super-fast pace let us know and we'll see what we can do
We offer FREE UK shipping on all our coaster sets. We use Royal Mail 1st Class for the whole of the UK including Highlands and Islands at no extra cost (but please allow an extra day or two for your item to arrive)
We will ship Internationally, please contact us for shipping rates to your country
 
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom made goods or personalised items, however if you have any problems with your purchase or our service please contact us as we take great pride in our products and customer service
