ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS For 'love' balloons
- 1) Remove the balloon from the packaging
- 2) Insert a straw (included) into the tab on the base of the balloon
- 3) Inflate to desired pressure
- 4) Remove the straw
- 5) Squeeze tab to seal
