Shipping
Domestic
Standard shipping and Express for items under 5kg, we use eBay Australia Post
Flat Rate bags if they fit. Heavy Freight and Irregular items, please send your
post code from a shipping quote. It will be posted with a Courier.
International
We use Australia Post for parcels sent internationally. Once arrived in the
country, it will be handed to your country’s postal service. Delivery may be
affected due to custom delays/fees. If you can’t find your package please
contact your local post office first. If they can’t find the parcel, we will
refund your purchase, or send a replacement subject to availability.
Customs/VAT
Charges
Many country’s can
charge VAT (Value Added Tax). Easy Motorcycle Spares is not responsible for any
of these charges.
Returns
If you receive an item from Easy Motorcycle Spares that arrives damaged, or not matching the description outlined, a full refund will be provided.
If you have simply ordered the wrong part, you have 30 days to return the item but are required to cover the postage costs.
We STRONGLY recommend the use of a qualified mechanic to install the parts provided, as refunds will not be offered upon items damaged from incorrect installation.
