1. Before purchase we do recommend that you send us the chassis number (VIN) of your car to check the compatibility of this part. Car makers use different variances of items for the same vehicle, for example a Mercedes C-Class W204 model has 4 different variances of braking system.
2. Compatibility table in this listing should be used as a guide only! We do our best to list items with as many details as possible, but car makers use different variances of items for the same vehicle. This part might not fit your car even though the compatibility table says it will fit. Please, compare the OE part number (OE Reference) with the part number used in your car or contact us if you're not sure this part fits your car. We will check compatibility and respond as soon as possible (usually within a few working hours). This will avoid disapointment of receiving a part that will not fit your car.
3. Combined Shipping of a few items is possible. Please put the items you want into the basket and go to the checkout. eBay will adjust the shipping cost automatically.
4. To avoid initiating an unpaid item case, please pay within 4 days.
5. You will receive a confirmation email from us after placing an order. It will contain a link to your Order Summary page where you can check all details of your order, current status and a history of all emails sent to you by our system. Once the parcel is sent the page will also contain the tracking number, invoice and photo of your parcel. The order summary page is unique just for your order and no one without the link is able to see it.
6. If you are satisfied with your item a positive feedback would be appreciated! This is an important information for us that the transaction was successful. If something went wrong, please contact us before leaving negative feedback! Any problem will be resolved by our support team. We always will do the best for both sides to be happy!

1. We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after receiving payment. Sometimes we might need to ask a buyer some questions to complete the order properly. We can extend the shipping time up to 3 working days in such cases.
2. All items will be dispatched to the address given on the order details. Make sure it is correct and include both door number and the street name. Please ensure that somebody is available on the given address to collect the parcel. If the parcel will be returned because you provided an incorrect address or you did not collected the parcel we will deduct the return shipping cost from a refund as we are charged by the carriers in such situations.
3. You can check the shipping cost to your country in the "Postage and payments" tab.
4. We use only tracked parcels from the following carriers: FedEx, TNT, DPD, InPost, Postal Service.
5. For buyers located outside the European Union: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Parcel damaged during transport: if upon delivery the parcel looks damaged, please refuse delivery and fill the damaged parcel report with a courier. In all cases if the parcel is damaged and if you choose to accept it please sign for the item as damaged and report to us as soon as possible and at least within 12 hours of delivery.
7. Please remember, delivery time presented on eBay is estimated. It may be impacted by many factors beyond our control once the parcel leaves our facility (for example: carier's operational delay, weather conditions, peak periods, situation on the borders, etc.). We suggest to order items well in advance if you have a special occasion or event that you wish to use the item for.

1. We offer 30 days return policy for a refund or exchange starting from the moment you receive the order.
2. Please contact us first before returning the order so that we provide a correct return address for your order. Parts do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped. Please, mark your parcel with your eBay name or RET number received from us. This will speed up the refund or exchange process.
3. We require all items be returned in brand new, unused condition, with ALL the original packaging and all original materials (if included).
4. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to our warehouse - remember to pack the item in a way that will avoid any damage in tranit. Carriers very often do not handle parcels delicately. Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
5. Buyer returns the order on his expense. Unless the item is defective or there was something wrong on our side - in that situation you may qualify for a pre-paid label.
6. All returned items are verified before refunds are given. If the buyer selected a wrong reason of return on purpose just to receive a pre-paid return label then we will deduct the return shipping cost from the refund and we will report that situation to the eBay Customer Support.
7. Once the return arrives to our warehouse we will process the refund or exchange within 2 working days.
