- These liners are 5mm thick and have a high water holding capacity - Up to 6 times its own weight in water.
- Each liner has a polythene backing which is made from re-cycled polythene and it is also biodegradable.
- No dye has been added - Dye can cause staining on your flags!
- They come with side planting holes - ideal to get that "full" all round effect sooner.
- They are pre-cut into a petal shape so that they fold easily into your basket.
- Our liners fit most size of baskets.
- Double check if you are comparing our basket liners to others. They may say they are 12" but that may be the diameter of the liner and not the basket it will fit.

Shipping
All orders from Conka are dispatched within 1-2 working days dependant upon the type of product. Majority of orders are sent on a 24/48 hour service.

Returns
We are sure you will love your new Conka product but if for any reason you feel you need to send it back please do so within 30 days and we will be happy to refund the money.

Return Postage and packaging costs are to be paid by yourself, however if the product is faulty please get in touch with our lovely customer service team who will be happy to organise a return for you where we will cover the cost of postage.
Please package all returns items in their original packaging and return in the same condition that you received it. Upon receiving your item, the item will be inspected, this can take up to 5 working days. We advise that you include your receipt or proof of purchase to ensure a refund is processed quickly.
Damages and issues

Refunds
Once you item has been received and inspected we will refund your order by your original payment method. We aim to do this within 5 working days. It is to note, once the refund has been processed it may take 3-5 working days for the bank to refund your money to your account.
