- Source and Quality

All brands of products sold on the IT Parts Store are guaranteed 100% authentic merchandise sold by the brand manufacturer. While The IT Parts Store is not an authorized reseller, in all cases the IT Parts Store purchases its inventory from authorized dealers or industry suppliers of genuine branded merchandise. Since The IT Parts Store is not the authorized dealer, The IT Parts Store is not bound by the manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP) or any other manufacturers’ resale pricing requirements and can sell at lower prices and pass these savings on to you our customers.

All IT Parts Store products are brand new, with the original manufacturer’s serial numbers and are not refurbished or factory seconds, unless stated otherwise in the product description. These products have all original parts and instructions. For products that are obtained from outside the US, there may be differences in labelling and accessories which results in the IT Parts Store opening the original packaging to include power cords or other parts as necessary so that the product is fully functional to our customers in the United States.

- Warranties

Customers of The IT Parts Store will have a warranty on every product, unless the product description states “sold as is.” For new products, if the brand manufacturer will not honor its warranty for the original purchaser, The IT Parts Store will provide its own warranty on the same terms as the manufacturer’s warranty. For the original purchaser, The IT Parts Store will repair or replace the product under the same terms and time period as the manufacturer’s warranty for that product. Such warranties cover the original product during the manufacturer’s warranty period, but subject to the same exclusions, including, but not limited to, damage or failures due consumer misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures or conditions outside the product’s normal operating range, or consumer or third party modifications or repairs. There are no warranties or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which extend beyond the above descriptions herein.

We accept all major payment methods. Payment for good is immediate pay unless otherwise stated.

We offer free shipping unless otherwise stated. We aim to ship same business day if the order is pre 12pm.

Products being returned must be in brand new, sealed condition and contain all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Returns that are not 100 percent complete will be shipped back to the customer and no credit will be issued or a restock fee applied

All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Please clearly identify the reason for the return when returning your item/s.

All items are recorded and tracked by their unique serial number. The serial number on the returned item/s much match the serial number on the item that we originally shipped to you.

Processing time for all returns and refunds are 6-10 business days after receiving the item/s back in our warehouse.
