All our mugs are made in the UK and are long lasting dishwasher & microwave safe.
Our mugs are professionally printed using state of the art inks and printers for vibrant long lasting products. Once you place your order, if you have chosen to personalise your mug you can either leave us a note during the checkout process or send a message letting us know the text, Image or message you wish to include onto one side of the mug. You can request any type of font and colour.
If there are any issues fitting your request onto
the mug a proof will be emailed to you to check before we proceed to print.

All of our items are professionally packed into tough postal boxes and despatched within 1 working day. UK delivery usually takes 2/3 working days and we offer a range of postage upgrades to receive your item even faster.
We also ship Globally using fully trackable services for peace of mind.

We have a 30 day no quibbles return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a full refund or replacement. We will cover return postage costs if we were at fault in any way. Simply repackage the item in its original packaging, include your eBay user i.d. inside and our returns department will take care of it for you once it arrives.
