Shipping

• Shipping outside the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) including other countries for larger items will have additional shipping charges.
• Please contact me for a shipping quote, before purchasing the item if you are outside the continental 48 states.(AK,HI,PR)
  
• Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 Business day of your cleared payment.
• Shipping costs include postage, materials, and processing time.

Freight Shipping

• Items that weigh over 150 lbs will need to be shipped with LTL freight.
• A business address is required for freight shipping, if you do not have one you have the option of picking up your shipment at a freight terminal near you.
• Shipping to your residence is possible but there are several fees that would need to be paid for; Residential delivery fee and a Liftgate fee if it is necessary.

International

• International shipping with UPS is an option which is more expensive but it is a more reliable and a guaranteed service. Please contact me with quote requests.
• There may be customs charges that you have to pay on International orders, please be aware of that.
• No returns accepted on International shipments

Returns

• If there is a problem with an item please contact me right away within 14 days of you receiving the item.
• Returned items must be in original condition, just like they were shipped, to receive a refund.
• Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping.
• On listings with Free Shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted, when submitting a refund to you.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will be charged on all returns except for defective or not as described items.
• No returns accepted on International shipments

Local

• State of Nebraska Residents subject to 7.25% sales tax.
• Local pickups are an option.
