Payment must be done within 4 working days following the end of the purchase.

The payment methods accepted are the following:

- Bank Transfer

The shipping is made with Express Courier in 24-48 hours, from Monday to Friday using the method indicated in the listing. Products will be delivered at the address provided by the customer within the time and the manner prescribe by the chosen system (we are not liable for any delays).

If you are not at home during the week give us an alternative work, friends or relatives address.

The tracking code will be delivered only if the shipping method requires it, upon request and starting from the day after the shipping. If your package is standed or in storage, we will notify you and do our best to overcome the impasse.

When you will receive the product, please test it immediately and inform us if everything is ok and if so, we ask you to release a positive Feedback.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the option to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without having to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

The right of widthdrawal lapses:

For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its content)
Even partial use of the good and of any consumables
Lack of the external packaging and/or original internal packaging
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...)
Damage of the product to causes other than transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased good to the sender.
Customer who purchased with VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of widthdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 (ten) working days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address below. The Communication may be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

the intention to use the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22nd 1999
the indication of the product (s) for which he decides to exercise the right of withdrawal
the data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the return of the sum due).

To obtain the reimbursement of the consideration, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address. The payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal.

Responibility
We assume no liability for loss of items after the delivery of the goods.

The technical information entered is taken from the information published by the manufacturer of the items inlcuded in our catalog. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the tecnical information of the products in the catalog, even without notice.

Product Availability
We reserve the right to accept or not the orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods are sold-out.
