RETURNS:
- We stand 100% behind the
authenticity of all our products and offer a 30-day return
policy on *most items.
- Please contact us if a return
is necessary.
- *Any new item must be returned
in the same condition as when it was sent out (i.e.,
product box still sealed, inner product (if it had a seal) must not have
been tampered with) otherwise, returns will not be accepted. If the
cellophane was removed it also constitutes a reason for us not to accept a
return.
- Please make sure to
use the same careful packing as we did when sending it out.
- Unless prior
arrangements have been made, the buyer is responsible for all return
shipping costs.
