K&N air filters consist of four to six layers of cotton arranged between two sheets of aluminum mesh. The filter layer prepared in this way is folded in a harmonious way, which increases its surface area. K&N air filters are wet filters, which means that they are soaked with a special oil to retain the finest impurities. High-flow filters with a cotton gauze insert can be washed and reused. The installation of a sports filter allows you to increase the amount of air sucked into the combustion chamber which can improve the performance of your vehicle, and the possibility of multiple use of such a filter reduces operating costs.
