ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU HEART SHAPED REPOUSSE SILVERPLATE FOOTED BOX CHERUBS SWAN This beautiful heavy dresser box has two cherubs on the top of the lid surrounded by swirls.
On the base on one side is a floating swan surrounded by swirls and on the other side is a standing heron? surrounded by flowers and swirls.
On the bottom is a heart within a heart surrounded by flowers.
At some point, the lid broke off. See photo 7. I have had it since the mid 70's and have always just used it as a removable lid rather than an attached lid.
This has not been cleaned as I like the old patina so will leave to the discretion of the buyer.
