Fischer-Price Swing for 9 months thru 3 years old.  Has a copyright of 1996 with model numbers 75970 & 75973.  The seat is 11 inch wide x 11 inch deep x 18 inch back height and weighs about 3 pounds 10 ounces.  The closure bar allows 4.5 inch wide x 5 inch high opening for each leg.  The closure bar clips into the seat, can be unclipped and moved upward along blue rope. The blue rope with S hooks on end side of rope are 39 inch above the top of the seat.  The rope can be adjusted for leveling the seat.
