Original Maglite part. Only suitable for Mini MagLite AAA incandescent flashlights. Can be used with Mini MagLite LED upgrade bulb here (item# 122163881381).

Please note no special installation tools are included with the kit, however as an example in your favourite search engine search for "Mini Maglite Flashlight Disassembly and Assembly by Hoongeon Lab" as this video will demonstrate installation with standard tools.
