We have a retail location located in Easthampton MA. You are more than welcome to pickup your order in person. Our typical hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM but we do offer extended hours so call first!
Combined Shipping We charge $1 for each additional VINTAGE tube for domestic orders and $2 for international We combine shipping but with a few caveats. With free shipping, we cannot combine shipping. If you use eBay incorrectly, we can only combine shipping manually and ONLY if you notify us. To correctly combine shipments you must either use the add to cart feature or request total from seller feature. If you create multiple transactions or use checkout multiple times and over-pay for shipping, we will not automatically refund you. If this happens it is fully on you to let us know that you were overcharged and we will manually refund you less the fees we were charged on the over-payment. All items all guaranteed to be as described and free of any electrical or operational faults such as shorts, low test, microphonics, noise etc. Returns will be accepted for tubes that don't test as described in most cases, but we reserve the right to refuse a return if the tube was not tested properly by the customer; We also reserve the right to refuse a return if it is clear the item was used improperly. For example-a tube installed in the wrong amplifier. We will not accept returns for any cosmetic issues such as crooked bottles, dirty glass, poor boxes etc, unless item condition differs from the description nor will we accept a return for buyers remorse.
