Wir, Kuratorium und Wissenschaftlicher Beirat der "Zeitreise", die seit fast zehn Jahren in harter und herrlicher Arbeit von morgens bis abends und oft genug auch noch im Traume mit der "Zeitreise" verflochten sind, sagen heute gemeinsam mit dem Alleineigentümer: Kommet und sehet, was daraus geworden ist! Aus allen Quellen der Sammlungen des Alleineigentümers entschlossen wir uns, das am schönsten und stärksten Erscheinende herauszufangen und ihm eine neue Form zu geben. Wichtiger als die Spezialitäten der Sammlungen, die den Wissenschaftlichen Beirat interessieren, aber nicht die Allgemeinheit, erschien es dem Kuratorium, die unaussprechliche Herrlichkeit der Welt um den Alleineigentümer den Völkern in einer Form zu offenbaren, die ebenso ihrer Sehnsucht nach einem Wunder entspricht wie ihrer Resignation.

Einmal zu diesem Entschluss gekommen, blieb dem Kuratorium nichts anderes zu tun, als Schönheit um Schönheit dieser Sammlungen wie Perlen auf eine Schnur zu reihen, damit sie sie sich aus dem Worte ins Bild verwandeln konnten, und es brauchte nicht haltzumachen vor dem Problem des Zauberischen, vor der Mystik dessen, was niemals war, noch sein wird. Denn Kraft ihrer Besonderheit ist die Sammlung - und nur diese allein - etwas Allmächtiges. Der Wille des Alleineigentümers sagt: Es werde! Und siehe da, es wurde! Inmitten dieser Welt lebendig gewordener Wunder aber schreiten Menschen, Menschen wie Sie.

We, the Board of Trustees and the Scientific Advisory Board of "Zeitreise", who for almost ten years have been working hard and wonderfully from morning to evening and often enough in our dreams, interwoven with "Zeitreise", say today together with the sole owner: Come and see what has become of it! From all the sources of the sole owner's collections, we decided to catch the most beautiful and strongest and to give it a new form. More important than the specialities of the collections which interest the Scientific Advisory Board, but not the general public, it seemed to the Board of Trustees to reveal the unspeakable glory of the world around the sole owner to the peoples in a form which corresponds as much to their longing for a miracle as to their resignation.

                                                      

Once this decision had been made, the Board of Trustees had nothing else to do but to string together the beauty of these collections like pearls on a string so that they could transform it from a word into a picture, and there was no need to stop before the problem of magic, before the mysticism of what never was, nor ever will be. For by virtue of its peculiarity, the collection - and this alone - is something almighty. The will of the sole owner says: Let there be! And lo and behold, it was! But in the midst of this world of miracles that have come to life, people walk, people like you.

Nous, le conseil d'administration et le conseil scientifique de "Zeitreise", qui depuis près de dix ans travaillons dur et merveilleusement du matin au soir et assez souvent dans nos rêves, entrelacés avec "Zeitreise", disons aujourd'hui avec l'unique propriétaire : venez voir ce qui en est arrivé ! De toutes les sources des collections de l'unique propriétaire, nous avons décidé d'attraper les plus belles et les plus fortes qui apparaissent et de lui donner une nouvelle forme. Plus important que les spécialités des collections qui intéressent le Conseil scientifique, mais pas le grand public, il a semblé au Conseil d'administration de révéler aux peuples la splendeur indescriptible du monde autour du seul propriétaire sous une forme qui correspond autant à leur aspiration au miracle qu'à leur résignation.

Une fois cette décision prise, le conseil d'administration n'a eu d'autre choix que d'enchaîner la beauté de ces collections comme des perles sur une ficelle pour qu'elles puissent la transformer d'un mot en image, et il ne fallait pas s'arrêter devant le problème de la magie, devant le mysticisme de ce qui ne fut et ne sera jamais. En effet, en raison de sa nature particulière, la collection - et rien que cela - est quelque chose de tout-puissant. Le testament de l'unique propriétaire dit : "Qu'il y en ait ! Et voilà, c'était le cas ! Mais au milieu de ce monde de miracles qui ont pris vie, les gens marchent, les gens comme vous.

Мы, Попечительский совет и Научно-консультативный совет "Zeitreise", которые уже почти десять лет трудятся с утра до вечера и достаточно часто в наших мечтах, переплетаются с "Zeitreise", говорим сегодня вместе с единственным владельцем: "Приходите посмотреть, что с ним стало! Из всех источников коллекций единоличного владельца мы решили поймать красивейшее и сильнейшее проявление и придать ему новую форму. Что более важно, чем особенности коллекций, которые интересуют Научно-консультативный совет, но не широкую общественность, Попечительскому совету казалось, что он раскрыл народам непередаваемое великолепие мира вокруг единственного владельца в такой форме, которая соответствует их стремлению к чуду, как и их отставке.

                                                      

Как только это решение было принято, Попечительский совет не имел ничего другого, кроме как связать красоту этих коллекций, как жемчуг на веревке, чтобы они могли превратить его из слова в картину, и не было необходимости останавливаться перед проблемой магии, перед мистикой того, что никогда не было, и никогда не будет. Ведь в силу своего особого характера коллекция - и только она сама по себе - это нечто всемогущее. Воля единоличного владельца гласит: "Да будет воля! И вот, так оно и было! Но посреди этого мира чудес, которые оживают, люди ходят, люди вроде тебя.
