A David Freeland vintage original. This ring is old from about 1980 and found with about 25 other rings (all different and unique!) in the back of our studio. A Very special ring and there are so many reasons why you'd want to choose this ring over others you see.

Although he did repeat some of his designs, because they are all hand made, one by one, you'll not see any two alike.  Hand marked by the maker with his initials so it is considered a signed original piece.

There are seven (the perfect number of God) heavenly blue fiery opals on one side of the ring stacked in a vertical pattern. One more long blue opal on the other side in between two long black opals. The center stone is a round rough cut tanzanite that is raised up slightly above the rest of the gemstones. The ring is set on a bias in a bypass formation . It looks spectacular on the hand. The opals are set flash into the silver, protecting them so that you may wear and enjoy your ring for many years to come without fuss.

The color is remarkable in this ring. The most beautiful and satisfying blue, purple greens, golds and reds there is.  4.8 grams and just over an 1/2" wide (knuckle to knuckle).
