Add 'double sprays' for serious water resistance (see below for test results). Hair Fibre Locking Spray is suitable for Minoxidil users and is designed specifically to be used alongside our Hair Fibres. With translucent shine enhancers and UV filters, this hardworking spray even helps protects colour from sun damage and delivers an unrivalled natural looking finish with every use. The tried and tested spray system has been carefully selected for its wide and gentle spray application so as not to dislodge your perfect fibre pattern when applying.

Directions Of Use
STEP 1 - Apply your Keratin Hair Fibres as normal.
STEP 2 - For a secure hold, hold the bottle 10cm from your hair and spray four times.
STEP 3 - For maximum water resistance, hold the bottle 5cm away and spray eight times ('double sprays').
STEP4 - If your hair gets wet, allow it to air dry without touching it, then reapply Locking Spray as required.

We offer a range of delivery options for the products you're buying, with our standard delivery being FREE.

Same Day Dispatch
Our fulfilment team are beavering away to get your order out in good time! Orders received up to 3pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. The fulfilment team have days off resting on Saturday and Sunday, so any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

We offer FREE delivery on all UK Mainland orders and we aim to have them delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
We're sorry that some geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service - we may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Sicily and the Isle of Man. However if we have a delivery challenge, we will always keep you informed of the situation.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
Faster Deliveries
Next Working Day Delivery: £5.95
The next day delivery service is available at a cost of £5.95 and uses a tracked next day courier service to make sure it arrives on time. To use this service orders must be placed by 3.00pm on any working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday for next day delivery will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
There are a small number of postcodes where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale if you have requested Next Working Day Delivery. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore and Northern Ireland take a standard 2 days to deliver.
Saturday Delivery: £7.95
The Saturday delivery is available at a cost of £7.95 and uses a tracked service. Orders must be placed by 3.00pm on the Friday before.
Both the Next Day and Saturday Delivery services use a tracked service. The tracked system means that the parcel is trackable all the way from us to you. If you are not in, you will receive a card informing you where your item has been left, or if the item cannot be left safely, details on how to contact the courier company for redelivery.
International Delivery
Nanogen UK are distributors for the UK and Ireland and under the terms of the agreement we cannot accept any other international orders or ship across these borders.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us following the instructions for shipping returns below, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 30 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge when the product is sent to you.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 30 days of purchase. It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. We'll refund any delivery charges you've paid in sending the goods to you if you return an entire order (UK orders only)
CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone: You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

* Enclose the delivery note with the product, writing the reason for return, and package up securely
* Please use original packaging if possible, but remove original labels

* Your parcel can then be taken to the Post Office
* Unless faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
