Sherman DIGIMIG 225GDS

Synergic welding machine SHERMAN DIGIMIG 225GDS is the most innovative device on the European market for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using MIG/MAG, MMA (covered electrode) and Lift TIG methods. The device can also be used for soldering CUSI3 thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets.

The welding machine enables long-term welding without the risk of overheating, the parameters 30% for 220A are given for an ambient temperature of 40 degrees. In real conditions, it allows for welding of materials with thicknesses of 5-6 mm in a continuous cycle of 100%.

225 GDS is a versatile device for manual and synergic operation. Synergy works in multi-channel mode, automatically adjusts parameters for different materials such as Fe (mild steel), Ss (stainless steel) and Aluminium with AlMg Magnesium or AlSi Silicon depending on the diameter of wire used and shielding gas.
