Vintage Antique Rare 3.6 inch long Brushed Steel Unique Smoking Pipe Tool Made in Hong Kong no China high quality Collectible . Condition is New. ( this peice comes in its original found state.)  It has not been polished or cleaned.  Any aging, patina,  discoloration present is due to natural elements and have not been tampered with as  to protect integrity, dating and value.
