If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us first. When you are shipping your goods back for exchange or refund, Please make sure the boots are in the same brand new condition as shipped out to you.
As the buyer you would be required to pay for the postage costs back to us, however we are happy to cover the shipping costs to have them shipped back out to you, if you require an exchange.

The item must not be worn or soiled in any way and must be returned in its original packaging with swing tags attached.
