These are new "reproductions" of the 1910 - 1930-ish American-LaFrance Fire Engine radiator emblems.  They are a three-inch shield.  These are stamped copper with ceramic Maltese cross and lettering.   These were used on the "chain drive" era apparatus. 

These are easily mounted using a No. 6 or 8 threaded rod with the ends heat bent 90 -degrees to fit into the mount on the back.  Cork or rubber can be cut to place between the emblem and the face of the radiator. The rear shows the threaded rod before trimmed off so the fan blades will clear.   Ask if more mounting details are needed.
