customers. Most of our items are antiques or vintage, so our
knowledge in some areas are limited. We just do a lot of digging for
info; and we don't always get it right…however we try very hard to provide
an accurate description, include lots of photos and we welcome any information
that helps ensure we provide the best description possible.
Items that are fragile
or delicate are usually packaged in larger boxes in order to provide additional
protection. We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are
happy with our service and our merchandise, we would appreciate your positive
feedback. If you experience a problem, please contact us so we can
make it right.
All our items are
photographed from many angles, so you have a good idea of their
conditions. Since many of our items are vintage or antique,
sometimes they have blemishes or imperfections. We always try to
make note of these and photograph the good and bad areas. Please
take time to look at the photos carefully.
Payment must be received
within 3 days after auction closes. But we are happy to work with you. Unpaid
auctions will be forfeited, cancelled, and relisted. We try to
ship most items Flat Rate Priority Mail unless it is cost prohibitive or item
doesn't fit in box available. We ship within 3 business
days. If you receive an item and there are any questions on the
representation of the item or item arrives damaged, You must email us within
24 hours of delivery and include photos if damaged.
We do not accept
returns. Please look closely at photos
and ask questions if you have them.
