Available is this excellent condition serving bowl from Royal Doulton.  It is the larger size oval bowl that measures 10.5 inches long and is 2 1/8 inches tall.  There are no chips, cracks or damage.  The material is not porcelain - it feels similar to ironstone but is unmarked. 

This pattern was produced from 1940-1961 and is based on an 1840’s drawing by Cutts.  The pattern features a barn swallow around a bowl of fruit and flowers.
