These machine round tree stakes are pointed with a chamfered top and treated with GreenOsmose AE500 (tannalised) to last longer.
Wooden machine rounded fencing stakes and tree stakes are idea for garden fences, agricultural fencing, animal fences, boundaries and farm fields. Machine rounded timber fencing posts have a chamfered top and a pointed based for easy installation. Used to secure galvanised animal stock fencing (pig, lamb and cattle), hexagonal wire fencing, galvanised steel rabbit, chicken run netting and plastic garden meshes. Rounded wooded stakes are also ideal as tree stakes for supporting young trees

As this is a natural timber product, there maybe a varient in size, it may shrink, split or crack in hot weather and may swell in wet weather. Delivery Information
We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday on the
same working day using our courier based delivery service. If your order is
received on a non-working day or public bank holiday your order will be
despatched on the next available working day.
We ensure orders are despatched promptly and are packed correctly and we strive
to ensure the item ordered is the item received in the time expected. Due to
being human and relying on a third party road based delivery network, delays
can sometimes occur which are out of our control and we will rectify a problem
caused by us.

Information
1) Customer telephone

Please provide a home telephone number and mobile during Ebay checkout process
for the courier to ring if they have any difficulty with your delivery.
2)Are your personal
details entered correctly in Ebay?
Please double check your details entered in Ebay are correct. If your delivery
address and contact information is not correct, the courier cannot make a
successful delivery. Your personal details are your responsibility and a failed
or returned delivery due to no fault of our company or the delivery company
will incur extra costs to you.
3)Safe Place to leave
parcel or with Neighbour
Please also provide information of a safe location or with a neighbour
for the order to left if you are not in during the day when attempting delivery
4) All our Parcels are
sent out via Courier Service or Royal Mail and usually delivered within 3
working days from ordering. On larger bulker orders these are sent out on a eco
48hour pallet service- Please allow 3-4 working days for these deliveries.
5) Please
respond to any calling cards that are left by our couriers. If an item is not
called for, and returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping
costs, and a redelivery charge will apply.
6) Signing for delivery
- Before you sign for the goods, please inspect the product inside the parcel
to ensure that everything has arrived undamaged. We pack our goods extremely
carefully and damages are rare, however, once you have signed for the goods it
may not be possible to prove that the damage occurred before they came into
your possession. If the goods are left without a signature, we must be notified
of any damages or shortages within 24 hours of the delivery taking place.
If you see any damage or the delivery is short at time of delivery, please ask
to sign the courier service as damaged or short on delivery. Or again it may
not be possible to prove that the damage or missing occurred or missing goods
before they came into your possession.
Terms and Conditions.
We often charge less for postage and shipping than it actually costs us. If at
any point you are required to pay a redelivery fee/returns charge, we will
charge you our cost price - this may not be the same as what is shown on the
listing.
Heavier and Bigger Items are subject to higher delivery charges, please keep
this in mind when requesting returns/redeliveries.
Damaged/Faulty Items:
In the unlikely situation that any items received by the customer are faulty or
damaged or short , we will replace them. All damages must be reported to us via
the eBay My Messages system within 48 hours from delivery.
In the event your item
is damaged or unsatisfactory please do not accept delivery. A signature is
acceptance of an item in good condition. If the order has been left without a
signature under your instruction then the order is left at your own risk and we
cannot be held responsible for theft or damage after the event of delivery.
Once opening your order
if something is questionable, please report it to us immediately attaching a
photograph and description of the problem

with you to resolve a problem.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Should it be necessary for us to cancel an order due to customer error, we will
send an order cancellation request via eBay. This request must be accepted by
the customer prior to any refund being issued. If the request is not accepted,
we reserve the right to deduct a 12% administration fee from any refunds
issued. Please understand that by placing your order, we have already been
charged eBay fees and by accepting the cancellation we can recoup those funds
and provide you with a full refund.
Goods Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery,
if they are damaged and require a signature by the courier please sign for them
as damaged and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to
us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please DO NOT send the item back
to us before contacting us.
