This set has a wainscot below the chair rail that matches the background in the floral pattern. This wallpaper was reduced to quarter scale from the actual sample in the 1919 wallpaper book.  The chair rail is already attached to the wainscot.  The flooring is faux hardwood.  Trim at the bottom of the pieces to fit your wall height.  Combined, the two wall pieces are over 3.25" in height.

Also available in a floor to ceiling floral design.  

The wallpaper is approximately 10"w x 3"h.  In the real world, the piece would be 40 feet wide by 12 feet high.  This is enough wallpaper to cover a quarter scale room that is 3" deep, 4" wide, with a 3" ceiling height. The flooring is also 10"w x 3"d. Printed on acid-free archival paper stock.
