Period publisher's pebble cloth binding, elaborate gilt spine decorations, gilt title lettering, all edges gilt. Engraved frontis protected by original tissue guards.

Apparently issued with no title page, just the title of the work printed on a page with no imprint info.

Book remains well preserved and attractive on the shelf. It displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, the age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
