1-Komponenten Polymerisationsklebstoff.

Transparente, schwach violette, viskose Lösung eines Acrylharzes in  Methacrylsäuremethylester, die unter Einfluss von Licht polymerisiert.

Anwendungsbereich:

Vorzugsweise für klare Naht- und kleine Flächenverklebungen von farblosem Acrylglas, d. h. PLEXIGLAS® GS, PLEXIGLAS® XT und Teilen aus PLEXIGLAS® Formmasse.

Auch geeignet für andere farblose Kunststoffe wie PC oder PS. Die generelle Eignung für Werkstoffe außer PMMA ist durch Vorversuche zu überprüfen. ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 ist fugenfüllend. Die ausgehärteten Klebnähte sind nahezu farblos.

1-Component polymerization adhesive.

Transparent clear, slightly purple, viscous solution of an acrylic polymer in methyl-methacrylate, which polymerizes on exposure to light.

Applications:

Preferably for transparent edge and small area bonds of clear acrylics, i. e. PLEXIGLAS® GS, PLEXIGLAS® XT and parts made of PLEXIGLAS® molding compound. Also suitable for other clear plastics such as PC or PS. For other materials, conduct prior tests. ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 is gap-filling. The cured joints are almost colorless.

Solution transparente, légèrement violacée, visqueuse d’une résine acrylique dans du méthacrylate de méthyle, qui polymérise sous l’action de la lumière.

Domaines d’utilisation:

Destinée en particulier au collage (en cordon ou en surface) du verre acrylique incolore, c.-à-d. PLEXIGLAS® GS, PLEXIGLAS® XT et d’éléments réalisés à partir de granulés PLEXIGLAS®. Mais aussi pour d’autres plastiques incolores tels que PC et PS. Effectuer des tests préliminaires pour d‘autres matériaux. ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 permet un remplissage du joint. Une fois la colle durcie, les joints sont pratiquement incolores.

Campo de aplicación:

Preferentemente para el pegado transparente de juntas y superficies de vidrio acrílico incoloro, es decir PLEXIGLAS® GS, PLEXIGLAS® XT y piezas de masa de moldeo PLEXIGLAS®. Aunque también puede emplearse para el pegado de otros plásticos incoloros, por ejemplo, PC y PS. Con otros materiales, realice pruebas previas. ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 rellena las juntas. Las uniones pegadas, una vez endurecidas, son prácticamente incoloras.
