Have you received a damaged item?

If your item is damaged when it is received this is because it has become damaged during transit. If this is the case please send us the photos of the damage including the case if any and we will send out another the same or next working day. Missing items

On rare occasions mistakes do occur so If we have sent you a shortage of items or not what was ordered please let us know and send a photo with a message explaining this and we will rectify this by sending the correct items and we will ask you to return the wrongly ordered items (postage included)

Unwanted items

For unwanted items please contact us if you no longer require what you have ordered within 7 days and we will arrange of it to be returned to us. We will allow up to 30 days for unwanted items to be sent back to us provided they are in a saleable condition and unused. Thank you.

Lost items ( updated )

The majority of the items (95%) we post are either delivered earlier then expected or on time. In the unlikely event you do not receive your item(s) within three to five working days, (excluding weekends) please let us know. Please allow up to 7 working days to elapse before contacting us. In most cases items are delivered within 3 days but if they are not they could be delayed sometimes taking an additional 2-3 days due to current condition affecting Royal Mail deliveries

It may be that the postman tried to deliver your item but no one was at home or the item cannot fit through the letterbox. They should leave a card, but sometimes they do not. Please check with a neighbour in case they may have it or your local sorting office before contacting us thank you.

We will send a replacement or refund If the item has been lost. Royal Mail have told us an item can still be delivered within 14 days due to various factors which is out of or control. In any case we will always show you the courtesy of keeping you updated.
