*Returns and exchanges must be initiated by the
buyer within 30 days from receiving of the item.
*Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable.
*Buyer is responsible
for all return shipping costs including shipping, insurance and tracking.
*If you received damage or incorrect merchandise,
please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item, for us to process
Exchange/Refund/ or Refund.
Once such item is
received at our warehouse, the correct replacement item will be shipped to you
free of any additional shipping charge.
Buyers are expected to
provide correct address for shipping. In case the item is lost or not delivered
due to this reason, we will not be responsible for missing item or misc
shipping costs back & forth due to incorrect address.
All the returns are inspected before sending any
exchange/replacement or issuing of any refund.
