Here are some high quality sewing goodies for your dollhouse (1:12) scale sewing box/room handcrafted in dollhouse (1:12) scale by artisan Al Chandronnait (thread spools) and Dorothy Hansen of "Dorothy's Doo-Dad" miniatures.  Dorothy makes a terrific wooden yardstick (3" or 7.6 cm long precisely) clearly marked in inches, half inches and quarter inches, a precious tomato pin cushion and tiny yellow measuring tape with silver tab end.  Like the yardstick, it is marked in inches, half inches and quarter inches! 

The spools of thread are the impeccable work of Al Chandronnait.  Unlike many "artisan" thread spools, these handcrafted wooden spools are precisely the same shape and size, and like modern "machine wrapped" spools, the thread is wound on in perfect little rows! 

The pin cushion measures 5/16" (8 mm) in diameter, the 5 tiny spools of thread (in a variety of great colors) measure exactly 3/16" (5 mm) long, and the tiny buttons are 1/8" (3 mm) in diameter.  Let's fill up that empty sewing box in your dollhouse!  Thank you for looking!
