Gourmet Salts - A Gift for All
Our gourmet salts are the perfect gift for any home, and an easy way to add flavor to your meals. Each spice comes in a 1/4 cup tin, inside a nice burlap bag with a card that explains each special salt.
We source these high quality, fresh salts from the best seas, ponds and glaciers, and infuse them with wonderful, unique flavors in our Louisville, KY spice kitchen.

Himalayan Pink Salt: Mined from under an ancient glacier in the Himalayas, it has high mineral content, giving it a pleasant mineral taste. It’s also softer than the average salt.
French Grey Salt: The classic salt of French cuisine, its evaporated in clay ponds, which gives it a bluish hue, a briny flavor & an almost wet texture. A luxurious everyday salt.
Porcini Salt: We use high quality organic porcini mushrooms to make this rich, umami nutty salt. Great on steak, eggs, burgers, popcorn, risotto & simple pasta with butter.
Balsamic Salt: A luxurious salt made with high quality, locally sourced balsamic oil & fabulously silky Pacific sea salt. Great on salads & as a finishing salt for steak & chicken.
Cherry Smoked Salt: Pacific sea salt evaporated in a smokehouse using cherry wood. A pleasant, intense salt for anything that could benefit from a smokey BBQ flavor.
Hawaiian Black Lava Salt: Evaporated with activated charcoal derived from coconuts, it has a strong sea flavor with a touch of smokiness. A handsome & tasty finishing salt.
