You are getting an original factory passenger right side stone (light gray look) upper seat cushion.  This part is the complete upper seat portion with cushion, frame, back cover, airbag and wiring.  The part came out of a 2010 Infiniti G37 and may fit certain 2010 to 2012 Infiniti G37 and 2011 to 2012 Infiniti G25 models.   What you see in the pictures is what you will get.  The part is used, has a few signs of wear and is in good usable condition. What you see in the pictures is what you will get.  Consider checking the pictures of the electrical connections and make sure it fits your vehicle. 

Most parts will interchange, however, part fitment are suggestions and it is up to the buyer to make sure the part fits their vehicle.  We cannot be held responsible if parts do not fit customer’s vehicle.  All the parts we sell are guaranteed to be in good working condition unless otherwise noted. All items advertised are in stock and should there be an error in our inventory, the customer will be notified immediately and refund would be issued.

Items do not come with instructions

Professional installation and/or assistance is strongly suggested. Please note, buyer assumes all risk and liability if they decide to install it without professional help. There is no warranty for self-diagnosis. We will warranty our part if the part is defective, not if it does not solve the problem with a vehicle.

Returns

The buyer must notify us within 30 days from the date the item is received for any return. Items must be returned in the same condition as bought from us.  Once the part has been received, inspected (i.e. serial numbers, identifying mark, tamper proof labels) and verified against our system, we will issue a refund for the price of the part.  However, customer must pay for return shipping.

- Unless item description states otherwise, all parts are from USA model vehicles with a left hand drive setup.

- Items described as driver or passenger side refer to US made specifications, or left hand drive vehicles. For clarity, passenger side refers to right side when sitting in vehicle, and driver side refers to left side when sitting in vehicle.

Part Grades:

A= like new, fully functional, no scratches or dents (basically just like you just got it from a dealer)

B+ = Small scratches, dents

B = Dents, Major scratches but still fully functional)

C+ = some cosmetically damage

C= missing parts, cosmetics, cracks.
