MTC Exhausts stands for Max Torque Cans. Established in 2001.
We were originally Superbike Exhaust Specialists and now we manufacture exhausts
and other products for most other categories of Motorcycles including
Road bikes, Superbikes, Cruisers,
Trackbikes, Cafe racers,
Custom built bikes,
Touring bikes, Trikes and Quads.
We have also manufactured exhausts for cars, coaches and even planes

MTC ONLY uses the best grade materials .
Stainless Steel Grade T304 + T409
Titanium grade 2 + 3 mill finish
Carbon Fibre 4 x 4 twill prepreg autoclave cured , foiled lined.
All our exhausts are made with Stainless gas tight rivets.
All MTC Exhausts are handmade and are designed
and manufactured in our
workshop in Burscough, Lancashire L40 8TG.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE :
A British made T304 Stainless Front pipe /
Header and a Mini Oval silencer.(Of your Choice)
This header fits exactly as the standard but
lighter , and made to produce a better exhaust gas flow
which will produce more power once you have removed
the standard cat box.
Comes complete with the 02 Lamnda Sensor Boss
to re fit your standard OEM Sensor.
This Down-pipe fits with the use of the standard OEM gasket.
Please Use a normal silicone based household sealant
to make a gas tight seal.
This is usually a workshop job but a competent mechanically minded person with tools should be able to perform this replacement Pipework quite easily.

MTC Exhausts are manufactured to give maximum power without the need to alter the fueling
All our Road Legal exhausts, come with a Road Legal Baffle / Decibel Killer + BSAU ( British Road-Legal ) markings.
Once the baffle is unbolted the exhaust is then classed as RACE mode
All our RACE exhausts do not come with a Road Legal Baffle / Decibel Killer + do not have any BSAU ( British Road-Legal ) markings.
Our Exhausts are manufactured to give maximum power without the need to alter the fueling but, if you have an aftermarket air filter and / or a de-cat, then having the bikes fueling looked at will always compliment the engine performance and efficiency.
