Shipping details

All orders dispatched by 2pm on a weekday.  The cut off time for all orders is 2pm on Tuesday and wednesday. All other days it is 3pm excluding weekends. Any orders received after 2pm/3pm will be sent the next working day. although on a few occasions we will still process orders up to 3 or 4pm. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery and an extra couple of days  due to current conditions excluding any public bank holidays and post office holidays**. Please note any delays by the couriers are not in our control

If you need an item faster please use 1st class or next day delivery options at checkout. 

The cut off time for Next day delivery items  is 1pm and bulkier items which require a delivery by Hermes, ups or DHL will be dispatched the following working day.

Have you received a damaged item?

If your item is damaged when it is received this is because it has become damaged during transit. If this is the case please send us the photos of the damage including the case if any and we will send out another the same or next working day. Please note we will usually wrap fragile items in cardboard in order to prevent any damage from occurring during delivery. 


Unwanted items

For unwanted items please contact us if you no longer require what you have ordered within 7 days and we will arrange for it to be returned to us. We will allow up to 30 days for unwanted items to be sent back to us provided they are in a saleable condition and unused. Thank you.

 

Lost or delayed items  due to royal mail ( updated june - Please read)

The majority of the items (95%) we post are either delivered earlier then expected or on time usually within 2-3 days.  We try to ensure each and every order on a daily basis to make sure they are received at a post office before 5pm on every weekday. In the unlikely event you do not receive your item(s) within three to five working days, (excluding weekends) please let us know.  Please allow up to 7 working days to elapse before contacting us. In most cases items are delivered from anything up to 3  to 5 working days but if they are not they could be delayed sometimes taking an additional 2-3 days due to current conditions affecting Royal Mail staff and deliveries. 

It may be that the postman tried to deliver your item but no one was at home or the item cannot fit through the letterbox. They should leave a card, but sometimes they do not. If this applies to you Please check with a neighbour in case they may have it or your local sorting office before contacting us thank you.  
 
In a few cases we will send a replacement If the item has not arrived.  Royal Mail have told us an item can still be delivered even after 14 days due to various factors which is out of our control and regret we cannot be held responsible for these delays caused by the courier. In any case we will always show you the courtesy of keeping you updated. If an item has still not been received after 14 days it will therefore be classed at lost please email us and on the 15th working day we will issue you with a full refund. We are sorry about this. 


Important: please can you make sure we have a correct address as we will always use the address eBay provide to us to send your item(s). if it is not we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non delivery. Thank you

Do you need a VAT invoice?
