Brand new 12V 500 mA center tap AC transformer.Input is 120V or 220VAC. Output is 6V + 6VAC.
110VAC input is the black and blue
220VAC input is the black and red
You get 12V by using the green and green wires. The black wire would not be used in 12V mode.
If you need 6V you can use one green and one black wire. Any of the greens would do.

This is an AC transformer and the output is AC also.
If you need DC you need a power supply not a transformer.
If you try to measure the output using the DC setting in your meter it would not give you a voltage.
You need to set it to AC in order to measure the output voltage.
