All our banners are packaged very well to ensure safe delivery. We deliver via Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage. Our package will fit through your letterbox, just in case you are not home.
Ordering Instructions
When ordering please mention Name and Age in the PAYPAL section when paying for item. This will be under the 'ADD MESSAGE' section. We will dispatch your order within 24 hours ONLY if details of personalisation have been given.
Please note if you do not mention Name and Age, we will not be able to print your banner which will then cause a delay. If we don't get details for personalisation sent within 3 days we will have to send out generic 'Happy Birthday' banners.
