- We ship the package to your confirmed shipping address in PayPal. Please tell us your shipping address in time if it is different from the one in PayPal.

- We offer 60-day refund, and 1 year manufactured warranty on all products. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
- After 60 days from the date of purchase, all return can only be replaced by same item, unless this item is out of stock at that moment. Buyer need pay the shipping fee.
- * Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer. We will refuse back all the returns which are out of warranty.

- In order to return an item, buyer must contact us to request a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
- RMA number should be written on the outside shipping box or on the return label. The RMA number must not be written on the manufacturer's product box.
- We will replace the defective items, provided that they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer return the original item and pay for the S&H cost for the replacement. Replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
- We will refund the purchase price if buyer prefers a refund and send the original item back at his/her own cost. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
- All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. Shipping & handling cost are not refundable.
