Ideal TECNO MIG 212 LCD

Welder IDEAL TECNOMIG 212 is a high-performance inverter welder with a clear LCD display. The device uses modern technological solutions, so that we can precisely adjust the necessary parameters before starting the welding process. The advantage of TECNOMIG is simple and intuitive control, making it an excellent choice also for beginners.

The welder is lightweight and small. The design is based on high quality components; robust housing, high quality 2 roller feeder, large current plugs and latest generation transistors.  The 212 LCD model allows welding with 200A current in a high cycle of 60%, so we can work on materials about 10 mm thick without the risk of overheating.

By pressing a button on the control panel, the welder allows you to choose from ready-made modes of operation. You can choose the synergy mode for welding carbon steels (CO2 or AR/CO2 gas) for wires in the range of 0.6-1.0mm, manual mode to adjust the device for welding stainless steel, aluminum or solder, and other settings such as for Spool Gun, TIG or MMA.

The device has a polarity shifting function and allows the connection of classic welding cables and welding with a coated electrode, turning a semi-automatic MMA electrode welding machine. This function also allows for gas-free self shielding wires (FLUX) welding.

- Synergy (electronic microprocessor control which automatically selects the parameters of work depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of material),
- Soldering (Brazing is used to join thin sheets coated with a layer of zinc or thin sheets made of stainless steel and various combinations, including acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper to steel.),
- Inductivity regulation (allowing less heat to be introduced in place of welding. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful for solder welding),
- Spool Gun (the device has a possibility to connect a spool gun, which has a built-in wire feeder. It is useful for welding in hard to reach places and at heights),
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device reduces the idle voltage on the electrode to a safe value. It provides shock protection when working in humid environments),
- FCAW (possibility of core wire welding without gas cylinders. The wire itself (FLUX) is filled with a substance that produces gases during welding),
