Genuine issue Royal Navy personal clothing system RNPCS
Navy blue, fire retardant lightweight jacket.
Bought in to replace the NO.4 AWD uniform, this latest generation No.4 PCS uniform is a layered system for multi climate wear.
Features include full length zip with Velcro secured baffle,
Breast map pocket with compass pocket,
Anti-chaffing secured collar, 
Velcro-secured front rank slide epaulette and shrouded cuff buttons. 
Some of these may have another patches on the other arm.

The 1st number is the height it is recommended for e.g. 180 is ideal for a 5.9 ft
The 2nd number is the chest size it is recommended for e.g. 104 is ideal for a 40/41" chest M-L
