I don't know much about these, but I've never seen one of the double errors (Oakbrook written incorrectly and 1993 instead of 1997) in a bilingual packaging. Is it rarer? No idea. Your guess is as good as mine. The condition is used but never opened. Shipped with Canada Post Regular Parcel.
