SHIPPING and HANDLING
Continental U.S. Residents: We ship USPS Priority Mail to all Continental U.S. Customers unless otherwise specified by the buyer.
Shipping costs are calculated according to USPS Priority Mail and include insurance to purchase price, signature confirmation.
Any other method of shipping must be pre-approved by ESTATES CONSIGNMENTS.
International Customers: We ship with USPS Priority, USPS Express Mail or DHL Express.
Shipping costs are calculated according to USPS EMS service or DHL service unless is specified as a fixed charge (USPS $79 or DHL $99) and include insurance on the package to the purchase price.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duty fees and taxes added after shipment.
Please ask for a shipping quote as costs listed in the auction are calculated for Continental U.S. Residents ONLY.
ALL ITEMS will be shipped within two business days of receiving payment.
All items are packaged with care and ESTATES CONSIGNMENTS ensures that your purchase will be properly packed and shipped to ensure a safe and damage-free delivery.
In addition, all methods of shipping are chosen for expedited delivery times, safety and insurance purposes.
Shipping costs are non-negotiable and are calculated to be as accurate as possible considering the size, weight, and value of an item and its packaging.
We use shipping and handling fees to cover just part of the shipping, handling, insurance, signature confirmation fees,
packaging materials, etc. the rest of the cost being supported by Estates Consignments.
We cannot guarantee transit times once a package is shipped. Due to weekends, Holidays and weather conditions,
we can only estimate transit times. We will provide a tracking number in the body of an email for your convenience in tracking the package once it is sent out.
PAYMENTS
Please Note: Customer's shipping address MUST be confirmed before purchased item will be shipped.
California Residents pay an 8.75% state sales tax on purchases
1. Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards are subject to prior and full verification. Cardholder's name and address must match
shipping/billing address before transaction will be completed. For security reasons, when paying by credit card,
we MUST ship your purchase to the billing address of the card (U.S. orders ONLY).
2. PayPal is accepted for all orders. For international orders, please contact us prior to completing your payment.
3. We offer also LAYAWAY up to 6 months.
15% non-refundable deposit and the rest of the amount will be divided in up to 5 more payments monthly.

RETURNS
We accept returns when the item is not as described in the auction or damaged during shipping.
You will be able to choose between a credit or refund of the purchase price when returning an item. We ask that if you would like to return an item, to please follow these easy steps:
- Contact Estates Consignments within Thirty (14) business days of receiving the item and inform us that you would like to return the merchandise.
- Ship the item within the Thirty (14) business days, providing Estates Consignments with a tracking number for the insured carrier you have chosen to send the merchandise back.
- Upon receipt, the merchandise will be inspected. Estates Consignments will verify the condition and any other factors that may come into play with regard to the return
- including damage incurred during original shipment. A credit or return will be issued accordingly.
*Note: Refunds and/or credits will only be issued if Estates Consignments has been notified prior to buyer returning the item AND the merchandise is returned within the specified Thirty (14) business day time frame.
